This policy explains what Addrivo Limited collects when you use FullySaid, why, and what you can do about it. We are the data controller under the GDPR. The short version: we keep transcripts so we can coach you, we never keep your audio, and we do not sell anything about you.
What we collect
- Account details. Name, email address, password (stored hashed), and the goals and level you choose at sign-up.
- Your voice, while you speak. Audio streams to our servers and on to our AI provider so it can be transcribed and answered in real time. We do not record or store the audio. It is discarded as it streams.
- Transcripts and reports. What you and the AI said, the corrections, the scores and the lessons built from them. These are the product; they are kept until you delete them.
- Usage. Session times, minutes used, the plan you are on, and technical logs (IP address, browser, errors) kept for security and to run the service.
- Payments. Handled by Stripe. We see your plan, the status of your subscription and the last four digits of your card. We never see the full card number.
If you take a screening interview
A company can invite you to a spoken interview by link, without an account. Your name, email and transcript go to the company that created the screening; it decides how long to keep them and is the data controller for that decision. We process the interview on its behalf, keep no audio, and remove the transcript when the company deletes the screening. Questions about a screening should go to the company first; you can also write to us.
Why we use it
- To run the service you signed up for (contract).
- To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To email you about your account: confirmations, password resets, receipts, and important changes (contract).
- To improve the product using aggregate, de-identified statistics (legitimate interest). We do not use your sessions to train AI models.
Who else sees it
- Google Cloud hosts the service in Belgium (europe-west1). The AI voices and analysis run on Google's Vertex AI, which processes your speech and text under Google's Cloud data processing terms and does not use it to train its models.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend delivers our emails from servers in Ireland.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it or you ask us to.
How long we keep it
- Transcripts, reports and lessons: until you delete them or your account. In Settings you can also turn history off, so each session is deleted after you close its report.
- Account details: until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your data immediately; backups are overwritten within 14 days.
- Technical logs: 30 days.
- Billing records: 7 years, as Irish tax law requires.
Your rights
You can see, download, correct and delete your data. Transcripts can be downloaded from any session page, and your whole account can be deleted from Settings. You can also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, or take your data elsewhere. Write to support@daahqaad.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or the authority where you live.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
FullySaid is for people aged 16 and over. If you think a younger person has made an account, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect.
