Do I need to download anything?
No. It runs in your browser, and there is an iPhone app for the same account.
Do candidates need an account?
No. They open the link, give their name and email, and start. Each link can be used once per person.
Who sees a candidate's answers?
Only the person who created the screening. The candidate hears a thank-you at the end, nothing about the result.
